You can upgrade your account to premium inside the Iris.ai tools. Before upgrading to premium, you need to register for a free account first or log in to your existing one. Below you can find instructions on how to upgrade your account.

Regular users

1. Log in to your account on the.iris.ai

2. Click on “Hi, [your name]” in top right corner

3. Click “My information”

4. Click “Try premium”

5. Choose your subscription type (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual)

6. Click “Start free trial”

7. Fill in your payment details and you’re ready to go! 

You will become premium automatically afterwards and receive a free 10 day trial. It might take a few minutes to process.

Students

1. Log in to your account on the.iris.ai

2. Click on “Hi, [your name]” in top right corner

3. Click “My information”

4. Make sure you set your profile to ‘student’.

    

5. Click “Verify”

6. Fill in the form where you need to upload the photo of your student ID or a document confirming your student status

7. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we’ve manually verified your student status (approx. 1-2 business days)

8. When your student status is verified, click “Try premium”

9. Choose your subscription type (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual)

10. Click “Start free trial”

11. Fill in your payment details and you’re ready to go! 

Keep in mind that the student verification might take up to 1-2 business days.
