So sorry for the inconvenience! There are a couple of possible reasons why that could be happening:
- You are using the Internet Explorer browser. Iris.ai doesn’t support Internet Explorer, but you can easily access our service on Edge, Google Chrome, Opera, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.
- You forgot your password. That happens all the time, but no worries. You can enter your email to password recovery and we’ll fix it for you: https://the.iris.ai/auth/recovery
- Old information is stored in your browser history. Refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache might help! Please try signing in again in a few seconds. If this doesn’t work, please contact support@iris.ai.
