You can export the list of papers in your Focus studies as a .csv file, or in BibTex format for uploading to your favourite reference manager system. 

When you’ve completed the Focus study at Stage 3, click “Export” on the Analysis Monitor box and save the file. 

How to read the .csv file?

• Open the spreadsheet tool
• Go to tab “Data”
• Import data "From Text"
• Use “Tab” as a delimiter
• Click “Finish” & then “OK” for the Alert pop-up

Explanations of columns in the file:

• Link: the full-text link or the web page of the article
• Title: the title of the paper
• Abstract: the abstract of the paper
• Keywords: the keywords which have been given for a paper by the author
• Author: the names of the authors
• Year: the year when the paper was published
• Identifiers: the unique identifier assigned to an article. An example of an identifier is a publisher tracking number such as DOI.
• Language: the language of the paper.
• Exclude_labels: list of excluded key concepts and topic identifiers that have been chosen during Focus stage 1 & 2
• Include_labels: list of included key concepts and topic identifiers that have been chosen during Focus stage 1 & 2
• Manual_inclusion: When a paper is manually excluded or included, the selection is indicated in this column. If the field shows the value “FALSE”, this means that the paper has been manually excluded from the reading list. If the field shows the value “TRUE”, this means the paper is manually included in the reading list. If the field is blank, then no manual exclusion or inclusion selection has been done for that particular paper.
• Stage: this column contains the number 1, 2 or 3. The number indicates the stage at which the article was part of the Included list of papers. When a field contains the number 3, it means that a particular paper is part of your final reading list after completing stages 1 & 2 in the Focus tool. If the field contains the number -1, it means that the article could not be processed and was removed from the Focus study during the importing phase.
